Your card number is never stored in a human-readable format and is innaccesible to 12A Models. Card information is not retained on Stripe’s payment gateway. Stripe’s systems automatically process payments using your card details, ensuring that our employees have no access to sensitive customer information.
Occasionally, 12A Models may contact you by telephone after you place an order on our site. We will ask you to confirm order details to ensure prompt processing and dispatch. Please note that 12A Models will never ask you to confirm the password you use to log into your account and that you should never volunteer that information.
