These blanks are perfect for anyone looking to blank off unwanted windows in their coaches, especially for Departmental conversions, RTC conversions, and general “RtR-bashing” projects.

Our window blanks provide a simple yet highly effective solution for converting standard models to fit your unique needs. The PLA plastic we use is not only durable but also environmentally conscious, made from sustainable corn-based materials. Despite its eco-friendly nature, this material is tough enough to withstand the demands of model building, while remaining lightweight and easy to work with.

The installation process is straightforward. These blanks can be easily glued into place from the inside of your model using cyanoacrylate (superglue) or PlasticWeld liquid adhesive. For a clean, professional finish, we recommend applying a thin layer of plastic filler, such as Revell Plasto or Milliput, over the top to ensure the blank sits flush with either the coach side or the window beading – whichever best suits your project. Please note that you may need to trim the inside roof lip slightly depending on your model for a perfect fit.
